This seminar is designed especially for those students who are in Grade 11 or Matric and are preparing to go off to College or University soon.

In this seminar, students will learn all the steps they can take to prevent themselves from getting into various different types of difficult or dangerous situations and prevent themselves from becoming a victim.

We also demonstrate basic, effective, natural techniques that will be remembered if ever needed.

After this training, we go through a few scenario simulations where students have the opportunity to demonstrate and discuss what they would do.

Our seminars are relaxed yet highly informative and we make sure to address any and all concerns the students may have about living away from home.

• What attackers look for in a victim
• Online safety
• Anti-hijacking tips
• De-escalation techniques
• No means No
• How to handle unwanted male attention

• Safety at clubs & parties
• What happens to the body when under attack & how to counter this
• Basic techniques that can be used
• Anti-rape scenarios
• Using everyday items as a weapon

To book your private seminar we require a minimum of 12 participants (Durban and surrounds) and we will travel to your venue.

We need an area with seating for the first half and then enough space for all participants to move around for the second half.
