The Kids In Crisis Can Kick (K.I.C.C.K) Program was developed in 2011 to teach children basic self-defense techniques in order to defend themselves should they ever need to.

Fight Like A Girl was approached by a number of parents to make this course available to all school children.

The program is tailored according to the different age groups, as follows:

Pre-School Program

• Situational awareness
• Code words
• Good stranger vs. Bad stranger
• Stranger Danger techniques
• What to do if you get lost
• What to do if you are being watched or followed
• What to do if approached by a stranger
• What to do if a car pulls up next to you
• Age appropriate techniques

Primary School Program

• Situational awareness
• Good strangers vs bad strangers
• Code words
• Trusting your instincts
• What to do in an emergency situation
• What to do if grabbed
• What to do if someone tries to put you in a car
• Emergency contact details
• Age appropriate techniques

Workshop Duration: 1 Hour

Cost: R3950 per workshop. We can take up to 80 children per workshop.

We are based in Durban but are happy to travel throughout South Africa to run these workshops. Travel costs will need to be covered.
